Live2D Commercial Commission Pricing

Individualized quotes will be calculated after discussing and reviewing the commission request.
Listed prices only serve as a base price and reference and are subject to change.
Rush fees will be an additional upwards of 50%.

Payment is non-refundable.
Model is allowed to be used for monetized streams and personal use unless stated otherwise. Please let me know before I confirm the commission if intention of the artwork is for commercial use as that will incur a higher fee.

Please note that due to a complicated life situation, at this time I'm unable to take on certain commissions. But that doesn't mean that I can't take on any at all. Please send me an email if you are interested and I will do my best to consider your request at a fair price!

Email for PayPal Invoice:Make sure to prepare reference sheet(s) if you don't have a finished PSD file with model art if you are looking for me to rig your model.
I personally prefer if you submit reference sheet(s) in .pur(a PureRef file).If you're interested in commissioning a custom model make sure to make a Pinterest board or make a PureRef file with pictures and images and submit that with the commission form.

I work 5 days a week (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri) 5 hours each day. Weekends are my restdays. Keep in mind that I try to hold to this schedule so I don't overwork myself.
A rush fee or/and a privacy fee will increase my workload and my hours hence the increase in price.

What I will do/not do

Subjects I'm confident in: feminine male characters/feminine characters, cute, fantasy, tight clothing, humanoid monsters, animal parts(ears, tail, wings etc). Subjects you see in my portfolio.NSFW, detailed designs/accessories/weapons, additional toggles etc will incur higher fees.Stuff I'll decline: offensive themes, real people, shotacon, lolicon, hardcore gore, hardcore R-18.

Terms of Service

Commissions are for personal use ONLY unless stated otherwise. Please let me know before I confirm the commission if intention of the artwork is for commercial use as that will incur a higher fee.

I have the right to post the work on my social media as well as stream the process of the work. A privacy fee will incur if requested to keep from streaming and posting WIPs. I reserve the right to stream the process [my twitch] (https://www.twitch.tv/ivahlive) unless stated otherwise.

Refunds are only applicable if commission has not been started. No refunds otherwise.

No extremely rushed deadlines or pressure please. Commissioning implies agreement to my own timings.

Payment will be done through PayPal.
Payment must be received in full before I start the commission.I have 1 payment plan.
Half when I start on the commission and half when commission is finished.
I will NOT discuss any other optional payment plan.
If I discover you are about to drop out of the commission in the middle of it no refunds will be distributed and I will stop working on the commission.

Depending on the complexity of the commission and daily life it will take anything from a couple of weeks to month(s).
Commissions will always take priority over other work and I'll always do my best to finish it as fast as I can. But I'll always prioritize quality over speed.Please note that a rush fee will be applied if commission needs to be finished until a specific date.

You have a total of 10 free revisions during the process (Sketch Phase 5, Final Art 3, Rigging 2).Any additional revisions will have a fee.

Reposting commissions is okay, just include credit to my social media.

The work I offer at the moment are all digital. No physical items will be delivered.

The commissioner agrees to crediting me when using the artwork. In case of a Live2D model, the commissioner agrees to crediting me within their social info (Twitter, Twitch, YouTube etc).

I can decline any commission requests. This might be due to schedule, daily life, or if I think I don't have the necessary skill to deliver on your request.
